A super easy, super tasty vegan, protein rich slice!

2 tablespoons of Tahini
1 cup rolled oats
3 heaped teaspoons of Hemple Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of Chia
1 tablespoon of linseed
handuful of Pepitas
Handful of sunflower seeds
100ml of boiling water to combine mixture
Pinch of Cinnamon powder
1/2 cup of cacao butter
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1. Mix tahini, oats, protein, chia, linseed, pepitas, sunflower seeds, boiling water and cinnamon in a bowl. Mixture should be a bit gluggy - press it firmly packed together in a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees.
2. Meanwhile while that is baking melt cacao butter and cacao powder in a small pot - you can add cinnamon and salt/sweetener of choice here if you like. (I added some sea salt and a dash of maple syrup to sweeten just a tad).
3. Once base is out of oven, pour hot melted cacao over the base - I sprinkled with rose petals and Hemple hemp seeds!
4. Leave in fridge overnight and chop into desired portions in the morning
