Using stevia to sweeten and nourishing and satiating fats and protein from nut butter and Hemple protein, this snack won’t send your blood sugar spiking and crashing - win! Plus it's a great recipe that's suitable for those following both a keto and vegan diet... Or a vegan keto diet.

1 cup almond butter butter
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
¼ teaspoon green leaf stevia
Hemp seeds or extra cacao for rolling
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. Roll into 16 balls and dust with extra cacao or hemp seeds. Store in the fridge or freezer.
